Dua
Dua Lipa is an English singer and songwriter who was born on August 22 1995, in London United Kingdom. Dua Lipa signed to Warner Bros Records after a several years of hard work. She released a self-titled first album in the year 2017. The album peaked at No. three on the U.K. Charts. There were eight singles released including Be the First I.D.G.A.F. as well as New Rules. In the United States it peaked as the 6th most popular album. Lipa has been awarded Brit Awards 2018 in the categories of British Female Artist, British Breakthrough Act, and British. Furthermore, the album's platinum certification is recognized throughout the world. Future Nostalgia Lipa's second studio album came out in 2020. Let's celebrate the special occasion of Dua's birth right here. Dua Lipa was conceived by London in the UK by Kosovo Albanian parents Anesa rexha (mother) and Dukagjin Lilipa (father). Her maternal grandmother is Bosnian. Her ancestors can also be tracked back to Peja, the Kosovo town of Peja. The Lipa's grandparents are historians. There are two sisters, Rina as well as Gjin. Lipa was taught to play the guitar as well as sing under the guidance of her dad Oda. Oda is the leader singer/guitarist for Kosovan's band Oda. The family home where Lipa grew up, was one in which her father would play music from David Bowie Bob Dylan Radiohead Stereophonics The Police Stereophonics. Lipa started singing at age five. At the age of nine she started learning to sing. Lipa has performed her cover of If I Ain't Got You and Beautiful by Christina Aguilera on YouTube. Lipa has signed her first recording deal in 2014 with Warner Bros. Records. In August 2015 the debut track of hers New Love came out.
